I am so happy that you are here. I can’t believe that this project has finally come to fruition. Having developed recipes for Whole30 Recipes takeovers and other projects, I’m so glad to finally have a home for my recipes. Many of you have asked where you could simply print a recipe out or expressed how much easier it would be if I had a blog … well, you asked and I listened! This is for you!
I wanted to create a space that we could all gather, inspire and connect. I love Instagram, but we needed a space where it made sense to post recipes and interact in a different way. This page will be great for those interested in both Paleo & Whole30 recipes but we all know I love avocado toast, so we’ll make room for that too.
A Pinch of Pride first began on Instagram after wanting a space to post my food creations and products that I enjoyed using. I quickly discovered a diverse community of people and made friends all over the world – food really does bring people together. Since then, I’ve been able to take part in several exciting and fun projects and have even received some incredible shout-outs! I’ve had a blast creating content and look forward to continuing into the future. 2021 is looking bright!
What I’ve been up to…

Two time @Whole30Recipes takeover guest. Sharing Whole30 recipes and tips over the span of a week.

If you would have told me years ago that I’d be lucky enough to take part in these opportunities, I’d have given you a very puzzled look. A Pinch of Pride has come a long way from posting meals online to creating content and working with brands that have become great partners and friends.
When I’m not focusing on creating content and browsing Instagram, I love spending time outdoors, especially hiking and exploring the great state of Oregon. I currently reside in Portland and I love being able to experience life in the city and having nature so close by. Waterfall hikes tend to be my favorite, but also love the anticipation of hiking up to a great viewpoint. I live with my partner Jon and crazy cat, Albie. I do work full-time in the events industry, which I can’t wait to get back to! Other than that, I enjoy traveling and experiencing culture, eating at new restaurants and sipping on coffee at all hours of the day.
Hope to see you around!
