Ingredients
  

  • -1 cup ripe bananas mashed (about 2-3 medium bananas)
  • -1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • -1/2 cup sugar
  • – egg
  • -1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • -cup all-purpose flour
  • -1 teaspoon baking soda
  • -pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
  • In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
  • In another bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add this to the wet ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
